(referred to as “Bonjour Australia”)

I – Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of online French learning services offered by Bonjour Australia to individual clients (“the Client”).
By enrolling in the program, the Client acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

II – Program Description

The 3-month French program includes:

Duration of Access

Live sessions and WhatsApp community: 3 months
Video lessons and online resources: 6 months total access from the start of the program

Replay Access

If a Client cannot attend a live session, a replay recording will be made available on the learning platform (Systeme.io).
Replays are for personal use only and may not be downloaded, shared, or distributed.
Replay access is available for the same 6-month access period as the video lessons.

III – Enrolment and Payment

Registration is completed online through Bonjour Australia’s payment page (via Stripe).
Payment is required in full at the time of enrolment.
A confirmation email and receipt will be sent after successful payment.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Bonjour Australia is not liable for delays or issues caused by the payment provider.

IV – Price

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices include GST where applicable.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of enrolment.

V – Refund Policy

Clients may request a full refund within 14 days from the official start date of the program if they are not satisfied.
After this 14-day period, no refund will be granted, regardless of attendance or personal circumstances.
In exceptional cases (e.g. serious illness or force majeure), Bonjour Australia may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit or transfer to a future program.

VII – WhatsApp Community Rules

The WhatsApp community is included for the 3-month program period only. Its purpose is to support participants, encourage practice, and facilitate interaction.

Rules of Conduct

Language: French is encouraged; English may be used for important clarifications.
Respect: Treat all members with courtesy. Offensive, discriminatory, or insulting behaviour will not be tolerated.
Relevance: Messages must relate to the program or learning French. No advertising, political, religious, or inappropriate content is allowed.
Participation: Clients are encouraged to interact, share, and ask questions, while respecting others’ availability.
Privacy: Do not share sensitive personal information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.) in the group.
Moderation: Bonjour Australia reserves the right to remove any participant who does not comply with these rules, without refund.

VIII – Client Commitments

The Client agrees to attend live sessions, participate actively, and make use of the provided materials.
Missed sessions cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or transferred.
Progress depends on the Client’s personal effort, including attendance, practice between lessons, and regular review of the videos.

IX – Intellectual Property

All program materials (videos, slides, PDFs, exercises, recordings, etc.) remain the exclusive property of Bonjour Australia.
They are provided strictly for personal use only. Any reproduction, distribution, or sharing without written consent is prohibited.

X – Liability and Disclaimer

Bonjour Australia provides educational services with an obligation of means, not results.
The Client understands that outcomes depend on their personal involvement, including practice and consistency.
No guarantee is made regarding a specific level of fluency, exam results, or other outcomes.

XI – Data Protection

Personal data (name, email, phone, payment details) is collected only for program delivery and communication.
Data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
Clients may request access to or deletion of their personal data in compliance with Australian privacy law.

XII – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Adelaide, South Australia.

XIII – Testimonials and Media

With the Client’s prior consent, anonymised feedback or excerpts from participation (e.g. WhatsApp comments, testimonials, live session feedback) may be used for marketing purposes (website, social media).
Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting Bonjour Australia.
